  6. Community Flights will build the air deal posts using the templates and publish these.
  7. The email newsletter automatically pulls the deals posted from the previous weeks website posts, places in the email template and sends the newsletter (Saturday Mornings).  {Automated after Airport Staff has approved the newsletter template although it can be customized upon airport need from time to time.}

    COMMUNICATE AIRPORT AIR DEALS – EDUCATE COMMUNITY FLYERS

  8. Community Flights will repeat steps 4-7 …6 days a week for the website and social media posts and weekly for the air deal newsletter.
  9. In between airfare club email newsletters we’ll continue to track air pricing for deals or price drops.
  10. When a deal or price drop is present we’ll go back to a previous posting on the website, Facebook and/or Twitter and update and/or build a new post about the new deal found and publish.
  11. We’ll also respond to any airport airfare club subscriber questions or comments. Critical comments we’ll make sure to forward to airport staff. {We’ll encourage airport staff to also like/follow Facebook/Twitter to remain aware of user engagement and so they can also respond to their subscribers/airport users}
